ü  UPS Surepost (Packages 1 to 8.99 pounds)

§  1 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday; weekends do not count)

ü  UPS Ground Shipping (Packages over 9 pounds)

§  1 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday; weekends do not count)

·        Orders going to Alaska/Hawaii/USA Protectorates/APO/FPO will ship one of the following (seller reserves right to choose):

ü  USPS Ground Advantage (Packages under 15.99 ounces)

ü  USPS Priority Mail (Packages 1 pound or more)

§  Shipping Fee is comprised of Surcharge Fee $5 plus USPS Cost.

§  Note for packages going to Puerto Rico—Please provide USPS PO Boxes address for shipping address.  From our experience, other addresses may not be deliverable.

·        Orders received by 3 pm PST (from CA zip 91733) – Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same business day.  (This does not include Federal Holidays)

§  Examples:

Ø  You place your order Monday at 2:30 pm PST, we ship the package same day or

Ø  You place your order Monday at 3:10 pm PST, we ship the package next day or

Ø  You place your order Friday at 3:10 pm PST, we ship the following Monday at 4 pm PST.

Order Cancellations:   

          Please log into your eBay Account: Order History and locate the item you ordered. 

         Ø  Locate the drop box with the option to “CANCEL”.  Follow the steps provided by eBay to properly cancel the order.

We will NOT  be able to cancel orders through eBay messaging.  It is highly likely your order will be IN PROCESS to be shipped and CANNOT be stopped in a timely manner. 

          Our team member drives all packages to the local USPS warehouse for its next journey to your address.
